next report     June 9 Passing out messages     We didn¹t walk on Friday, June 9, but we did work our butts off­another incredible day in Santa Barbara. A few people took off in the early morning to enjoy a trolley tour of Santa Barbara­tickets courtesy of Kevin Young and the Santa Barbara Trolley Company. The rest of us got ready for a noon gig at UC Santa Barbara (also set up by Lucas Man, who rocks), where we hung out in the central part of campus and passed out some 3,000 pieces of literature. From 1-9 p.m. we had another gig at Border¹s Bookstore in downtown Santa Barbara. We figure that between the two gigs we must of handed out close to 10,000 flyers, brochures and postcards. Also, that evening two groups went over to the Body Therapy Institute and received more massages. Thanks again to those wonderful folks.
